I directed and produced this video for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, highlighting Rachel’s inspiring journey through the 10,000 Black Interns Programme. Reflecting on her 2022 internship, Rachel speaks candidly about the challenges young Black people face in professional spaces and encourages others to keep pushing forward. The film marked the Foundation’s first year partnering with the initiative, which offers paid internships to Black students and graduates across the UK.
